Training and certifications relevant to your role are actively encouraged at Tecziq , and the model is intentionally low-friction. Pick the certification that matters for where you want to take your career, complete it on your own pace, and the organization reimburses the full cost once you clear it. There's no upfront approval cycle, no quarterly training budget to fight for, and no waiting for someone above you to bless the request. The expectation is simple: if it makes you better at what you do, do it.
